The buyer can cancel the order or replace it only at the time of purchase. When the bouquet is handed over to the buyer, the purchase is considered completed.

After the transfer of the balls, all responsibility for them falls on you. Please note that the balls need to be treated carefully and understand that this is a fragile product and excessive exposure and environmental factors greatly affect the life of the ball.
